SMS Terms

Rudnick and Sons LLC operates the Rudnick Operations Dispatch text-messaging program for employee truck drivers. By providing your mobile number and explicitly agreeing to receive these texts, you enroll in operational dispatch notifications under these SMS Terms.

Program messages

Texts may include work dates, assigned trucks, reporting times and locations, revised assignments, and a private link to your published dispatch sheet. The sheet may contain trailer assignments, ordered trips, job information, directions and dispatch instructions. A dispatcher manually selects and confirms each dispatch text. The program does not send marketing or promotional texts.

Enrollment

Before enrollment, dispatch reads the program's verbal-consent disclosures, obtains an explicit verbal agreement, confirms your mobile number, and records consent in the internal dispatch system. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Contact dispatch if you need another way to receive work instructions.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on work assignments and dispatcher-sent updates. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges may apply to messages and linked content.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Further dispatch texts will stop unless renewed consent and re-enrollment are completed. Contact dispatch to arrange how you will receive subsequent work instructions. Texting START alone does not automatically restore consent in our internal system.

Delivery and dispatch sheets

Delivery is subject to carrier coverage, device availability and service conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text or delivery status does not by itself confirm that you reviewed an assignment. Contact dispatch if an assignment is missing, unclear or appears out of date.

Private links expire and may stop working when a dispatch is edited, cancelled, replaced or revoked. Anyone holding a private link may view its sheet while it is valid. Do not forward it to unauthorized recipients. Follow approved truck routes and site instructions when using linked directions.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes program information practices. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
